Peterhead harbour's 400 year history is synonymous with the UK pelagic white fish. Situated in the North of Scotland, Peterhead harvest a wide variety of Cod, Coley, Monk, Haddock, Lemon Sole, Plaice, Skate, Whiting, Pollack and Saithe.

Fleetwood's famous fish market is less than 10 miles from the back door of our boat Fleetwood premises. Our buyers visit early each day to get the best of the day's catch from the Irish Sea, sourcing premium seafood varieties responsibly.

As a supplier, we contribute to responsible fisheries management through careful purchasing decisions, awareness of stock sourcing and promotion of sustainable choices.
Approximately 30% of our supplier stock is MSC certificated and we continue to grow this through partnerships and rigorous certification standards such as MSC, RSPCA Freedom Food and Global GAP.
Restaurants and caterers play a powerful role in encouraging sustainability by embracing underutilised species and promoting responsible consumption.
